Yupal produces shiitake mushrooms with Uenomura’s all-natural spring water and then dries them so they can be enjoyed all year round. Their large, plump mushrooms are grown at an elevation of 700 meters and bursting with rich umami. They retain much of their size even when boiled or stewed, so a little goes a long way.

Sliced mushrooms are handcut to ensure optimal flavor.
